Look What We Bought This Week!

As our buying team gears up for their North East Buying Trip next week we take a look at some of the items they recently purchased.  Leading off is a 1968 Topps Baseball Complete Set.  The overall condition of this set is EX+ and contains the rookie cards of Nolan Ryan and Johnny Bench!

Next is a 1975 Topps Baseball Set.  The overall condition of this set it NM with the key rookies being George Brett, Robin Yount, Gary Carter, Jim Rice and Keith Hernandez.  The Ryan Card is VG-EX.

They also picked up this beautiful 1979/80 O-pee-Chee Wayne Gretzky Rookie that they will be sending off to PSA to be graded.  They are keeping their fingers crossed for a high grade!

And of course we can’t forget all the wax they purchase and the main haul this week was 23 boxes of 1986 Topps Baseball which didn’t exactly have the best rookie class but is loaded with Hall of Famers!

Lastly but certainly not least we have Comic Book Buyer Will and his purchases.  This week Will hauled in some gems.

Will picked up Journey into Mystery #85 graded CGC 8  which features the first appearance of Loki.  He also picked up Journey into Mystery #112 graded CGC 9.6 which is a rare comic to find in this high of a grade.  Journey into Mystery #112 features the classic Thor vs. Hulk battle.
