When the Topps packaging plant runs out of display boxes or wrappers, they commonly go back and use excess materials from previous years. This is a 36 count box of 1985 Topps, but they have reused a 1981 display box, and blacked out the "30 cents" tab and replaced the existing tab with a 1985 Topps label at 35 cent. as the SRP was higher in 1985.
