This item has the original shrink wrap on it, which has been completely opened on one end. To ensure that the item is complete, it was carefully slid out of the shrink wrap for inspection. The contents appear to be brand new and unused. The spinner and game pieces are still sealed in the bags and one of the card packs still has a small thin rubber band on it. The other rubber band broke.

On the back of the box, there is a significant crushed in area that has ripped. It did not come into contact with any of the game components.
