These are only distributed 1 in every 10-box case of the super-limited Horrors of War issue and each pack contains an exclusive card not available in any of the regular packs.
Collectors will need these exclusive case topper cards to complete their sets of the 2011 Horrors of War set.

The 48-card base set will depict conflicts from the Second World War to the present. Collect the entire 48-card base set. Cards numbered 1-40 will be inserted into packs of Horrors of War and cards numbered 41-48 will be inserted as Horrors of War case toppers.

A complete set of 48 base cards is guaranteed in a 40-pack Master Case of Horrors of War. Remember, each Master Case includes 8 Case Toppers (card #s 41-48).
