Card is out of the 2012 Industry Summit Las Vegas Panini Black Box Authentic. These boxes were given away at Panini's booth at the 2012 Industry Summit. The set includes a random premium card from assorted Panini products which a small number of were over-printed and customized specifically for this set. Each box was hand picked and each box contains an assortment of Basketball, Football, Hockey and assorted Entertainment slabbed prime memorabilia cards, many of which are numbered 1/1.
