110 card set
The 1964-65 Topps set contains 110 color cards of players from all six NHL teams. The size of the cards is larger than previous years at 2 1/2" x 4 11/16". Colorful fronts contain a solid player background with team name at the top and player name and position at the bottom. Bilingual backs contain 1963-64 statistics, a brief player biography, and a cartoon featuring a fact about the player. The cards were printed in Canada. Rookie cards include Gary Dornhoefer, Marcel Paille, Roger Crozier, Jim Pappin, Pit Martin, Rod Seiling, and Lou Angotti. Eleven cards of the second series (56-110) appear to be short printed, they are as follows:
