Please read over the information below, it lays out the format of the whole break

All the details
Set-Up
This will be a 64-spot break. Each person will be randomized into one region of the bracket. So, like the NCAA Tournament where there are 16 teams/participants in four regions, equaling out to 64 spots. All 64 spots will be up for a College Basketball jersey giveaway at the end, regardless if they win or lose. The first random will establish the bracket. Each random of the new round will only be done to assign packs(card in last round) to each customer.
For each region, each person will be seeded by where they land on the random. For example, if Joe S. is No. 1 on the random, he is the 1-seed for region A, or if Will N. is No. 15 on the random, they are the 15-seed going against whoever landed on two.
Once the bracket/randomizer is all set, we will begin a 16-box case break of 2022/23 Panini Prizm Draft Picks Basketball Hobby. The 16 boxes equal out to 64 packs - a pack for each spot. Each matchup will be a pack war. As we go down each matchup on the bracket (1 v. 16, 8 v. 9, 4 v. 13, etc.), the winner of each pack will be declared by the lowest numbered card.
For example, if Joe S. has a card out of 49 and Will N. has a card out of 99, Joe S. is the winner and moves on to the next round.
Tiebreakers
In the event of a tie (both parties have an out of 99, 199, 299, etc.) the winner will be decided who has the lower number on the left side. So, if Joe S. has 05/99 and Will N. has 72/99, Joe S. wins and moves on to the next round.

In the event where no pack has a numbered card, or the number on the left is the same on each card (5/99 & 5/99), then we will go through the pack and find which pack has the card number. For example, if Joe S. has a card in his pack with serial number BEC-2 and Will N. has a card in his pack with ASH-1, then Will N. would win and advance to the next round.
If in fact each pack has the same card number, we will continue to scroll through the pack to find the next lowest card number.

Round 2
The winners of the first round of 64, will move on to the round of 32. The losers from round 1 will get their pack of cards and also be entered into a jersey giveaway.
As an example, if the 1-seed beats the 16-seed in round 1, they will move on to face the winner of the 8-seed and 9-seed pack war.
In the round of 32, the product will be 2022/23 Chronicles Draft Picks Basketball. Six boxes will be ripped, resulting in 36 packs. Four (4) packs will be removed from the last box, creating an equal 32 - one for each participant. The four (4) packs will be held off to the side, and whoever loses in the National Championship of the break will receive the extra packs. We will random the names and pack numbers to assign a pack only, this will not change the customer's spot in the bracket.
The same rules as round one apply in round two, with the lowest numbered card winning. Tiebreaker rules also apply.
The winners of round 2 advance to the Sweet 16. Losers win their round 1 & 2 packs, and are entered into the jersey giveaway.

Sweet 16
The next product to be ripped will be four boxes of 21/22 Panini Prizm Draft Picks Basketball H2. The four boxes equals out to 20 packs. Like the last round, four (4) packs will be set aside out of the last box as extra packs, leaving 16 packs - one for each participant. The four (4) packs will be given to whoever loses in the National Championship of the break.
The same rules as round one & two apply in the sweet 16, with the lowest numbered card winning. Tiebreaker rules also apply. We will random the names and pack numbers to assign a pack only, this will not change the customer's spot in the bracket.
The winners of the Sweet 16 advance to the Elite 8. Losers keep all the cards they acquired up to then and are entered into the jersey giveaway.
Elite 8
In the Elite 8, we will rip two boxes of 22/23 Panini Prizm Draft Picks Basketball FOTL. Each box contains four packs, equaling out to 8 packs - one per participant.
The same rules as round one, two and the Sweet 16 apply in the Elite 8, with the lowest numbered card winning in each pack war. Tiebreaker rules also apply. We will random the names and pack numbers to assign a pack only, this will not change the customer's spot in the bracket.
Winners advance to the Final Four and keep any packs that they've won with. Losers keep all the cards they acquired up to then and are entered into the jersey giveaway.
Final Four & National Championship
In the Final Four matchups, we will rip four boxes of 21/22 Prizm Draft Picks Choice. Each box contains one pack, equaling out to four packs - one per participant.

The same rules as round one, two, Sweet 16 and Elite 8 apply, with the lowest numbered card winning in each pack war. Tiebreaker rules also apply.
We will random the names and pack numbers to assign a pack only, this will not change the customer's spot in the bracket.
Winners advance to the National Championship. Losers keep all the cards they acquired up to then and are entered into the jersey giveaway.
In the National Championship, we will rip one box of 22/23 National Treasures Collegiate Basketball. There are 7 cards per box, with 6 hits and 1 base. We will remove all the cards from the box and take out the two lowest numbered cards from the product.
We will random the customer names and the 2 lowest cards.
The winner will be the customer with the lowest numbered card. On top of that, the winner will take all the cards they've acquired throughout the break, in addition to the extra cards in the National Treasures box (4 hits & 1 base).
The loser of the National Championship will receive the card they get in the random, all the extra packs from the break, in addition to any cards they've already acquired during the break.
