April Fool’s Day with DACW Live

The spirit of April Fool’s Day was certainly felt at Dave & Adam’s yesterday. Between all the paper towels in the building disappearing to someone taping pictures over the bottom of everyone’s optical mice, there was plenty of foolishness going on.

The guys over at DACW Live got in the spirit of the day by doing something “foolish” as well. They decided it wold be fun to do a live break of a box of 1991 Pro Set Football.

While the mass-produced cards aren’t worth much anything these days, it was still fun to relive the days of our youth and see the great players from the early 1990s (especially the Super Bowl era Buffalo Bills). 1991 Pro Set Football also has the fantastic but awful World League of American Football cards. Seeing Chan Gailey as the coach of the Birmingham Fire or Jason Garrett as the quarterback of the San Antonio Riders gave everyone a good laugh.
