Rare Star Wars & Superman Prototype Sculptures

You never know the things that you are gonna come across when people contact us to sell their collection. Reed recently purchased a couple of extremely unique pieces that we can honestly say we have never seen before.

The first piece is a rare, never produced prototype of Luke Skywalker from The Empire Strikes Back made by Cinemacast. There was a matching Darth Vader sculpture to recreate one of the most epic battles of all time. This piece is one of just a few to have ever been know to exist and is a once in a lifetime chance to own a piece of Star Wars history!

The second piece is a rare prototype of Superman Man of Steel! This figure is quite large and appears to be in the early stages of development. The figure has an almost dry clay texture to it and a deep blue paint. the word “Melton” is inscribed in the back of the sculpture and based on the hair style is from the 1990’s.

Sometimes an item comes into the office and you look at it and just say “wow, that is really cool”. These pieces would make the perfect addition to any die hard Star Wars or Superman fan’s collection!
