Our Dave & Adam’s Buying Team returned from New Jersey late last week with quite the haul of baseball cards. They paid one lucky collector $35,000 for his collection of cards from the 1970s & 1980s.
Some of the noteworthy acquisitions include complete sets of Topps Baseball from 1974-1979. There were also vending cases of Topps Baseball from 1982, 1984 and 1985.
The buying team’s stay in the Garden State was a little longer than planned as there were some mechanical issues with their truck. Steve, one of our buyers, summed up the trip the best, “In the end we didn’t die and we got the deal done.”
