Beware of fake Dave & Adam’s COAs

A customer recently e-mailed us to inquire if an autographed football he purchased from an internet reseller (not directly from DA Cardworld) with a Dave & Adam’s certificate of authenticity (COA) was truly legit. Unfortunately this person was scammed by the retailer that sold it because it is clearly obvious that the Dave & Adam’s COA was forged.

IMG_0004 IMG_0003The signatures on the COA were obviously signed by the same person and are not anywhere close to the actual signatures of Dave or Adam.

Here is an example of an actual Dave & Adam’s COA:

IMG_1330 IMG_1329These are new versions of our COA, but you tell the signatures are very different from the ones on the fake COA.  Please be aware when you are purchasing autographed memorabilia online that you are buying from a legitimate and authorized seller. The best way to know you are getting the real McCoy is to buy directly from DA Card World. If you do come across an item with a Dave & Adam’s COA and you are unsure of it is real or not, then please contact us at [email protected]. Please only contact us about Dave & Adam’s certified items.
