1984 Fleer Update Baseball Complete Set (NM-MT) (No Box)

This set was Fleer's first update set and portrayed players with their proper team for the current year and rookies who were not in their regular issue. The set was quite popular with collectors, and, apparently, the print run was relatively short, as the set was quickly in short supply and exhibited a rapid and dramatic price increase in the mid to late 1980's. The cards are numbered on the back with a U prefix and placed in alphabetical order by player name. The key (extended) Rookie Cards in this set are Roger Clemens, John Franco, Dwight Gooden, Jimmy Key, Mark Langston, Kirby Puckett, and Bret Saberhagen.
