DOMESTIC 3 Day Select (1-3 bus. days)	The ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery, UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states.
DOMESTIC 2 Day Air (1-3 bus. days)	2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.
DOMESTIC Next Day Air (1 bus. day)	Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We guarantee delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays). Note: Saturday delivery is not covered under next day air, UPS does not consider Saturday a business day.
DOMESTIC Fedex Ground	FedEx Ground provides reliable, day-definite service, and is the best choice for your U.S. business shipments that don't require the speed of express shipping. 1-7 business days to all 50 states.
DOMESTIC Fedex Saver (1-3 bus. days)	This is our most recommended shipping option. We have amazing rates for the expedited service.
DOMESTIC Fedex Next Day Air (1 bus. day)	Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We guarantee delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays). Note: Saturday delivery is not covered under next day air, FedEx does not consider Saturday a business day.
DOMESTIC USPS Envelope (2-10 bus. days)	This is the United States Postal Service's standard method for delivering bubble envelopes. We only offer this method for pack and single card orders.
DOMESTIC USPS Parcel Post (2-10 bus. days)	This is the United States Postal Service's standard method for delivering packages. We only offer this method for orders to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Please note, due to low volume, we only receive postal pickup twice a week.
DOMESTIC USPS Priority Mail (1-4 bus. days)	This is the United States Postal Service's express method for delivering packages. We only offer this method for orders to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Please note, due to low volume, we only receive postal pickup twice a week.
DOMESTIC DHL Ground (1-6 bus. days)	This DHL ground service is the fastest of the ground services. If you are on the west coast this is an excellent choice.
INTERNATIONAL Fedex Int Economy	FedEx International Economy provides the widest coverage for your less-urgent, international deliveries. Rates do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes.
INTERNATIONAL Fedex Int Priority	This service helps you get your high-value shipments to market with speed and certainty. Rates do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes.
INTERNATIONAL USPS Global Airmail	This is a more standard method for delivering international packages. We only offer this method to orders outside the United States. We cannot guarantee a time frame as it differs greatly but it is the base line for what we offer. Rates do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes. Please note, due to low volume, we only receive postal pickup twice a week.
INTERNATIONAL USPS Global Priority	Global Priority Mail is an accelerated airmail service that provides customers with a reliable and economical means of sending light-weight merchandise items. GPM items receive priority handling within the U.S. Postal Service and the postal service of the destination country. The maximum weight limit for an item is 4 pounds. Rates do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes. Please note, due to low volume, we only receive postal pickup twice a week.
INTERNATIONAL USPS Global Express	Global Express Mail is a reliable high-speed service for mailing time-sensitive items to more than 175 countries and territorial possessions. It provides customers with expeditious handling and delivery on an "on demand" basis. The maximum weight limit for shipments varies by country, ranging from 22 pounds to 70 pounds, but most countries have a 44-pound maximum weight limit. Rates do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes. Please note, due to low volume, we only receive postal pickup twice a week.
INTERNATIONAL Global Express Guarenteed	This is an expedited delivery service that is the product of a business alliance between the U.S. Postal Service and DHL Worldwide Express Inc. It provides senders with reliable, high-speed service. The maximum weight limit for shipments is 70 pounds. Rates do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes.
INTERNATIONAL USPS Global Envelope	Global Priority Envelope is an accelerated airmail service that provides customers with a reliable and economical means of receiving their package to over 51 countries and territories worldwide. This option is only available on single card and pack orders.Rates do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes.
INTERNATIONAL DHL	Worldwide Priority Express. This is DHL's accelerated International service. This furnishes customers with a fast way to receive their package.Rates do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes.

What is a Gift Code?

What is a Gift Code?
Once and a while we run special promotions in advertisements, at trade shows, or in other ways. If you receive from us a coupon for a special promotion, it will contain a gift code that is a mix of numbers and letters. These codes will generally give you a "free gift" such as a small discount or free shipping. Each code will usually only work once per household, but some may be time coded to last for a whole week! Please make a note of any restrictions that may be applied to your gift code, such as a minimum order requirement. Also note, you may only use one gift code per order.

How do I use my Gift Code ?
It's pretty easy. There are two ways to use them.

1. Over the Phone: Call us Toll Free at 1-888-440-9787 - seven days a week and speak to a customer service representative. Simply tell them your code and you will receive your discount automatically. Our current phone hours are Monday-Friday: 9-10 EST and Saturday+Sunday: 12-5 EST.
2. On the website: Log onto dacardworld.com and shop using our automated shopping cart. When you are done shopping click on "place this order." On the next screen, enter your user information - name, address, etc...click continue. On the next screen, enter your payment and preferred shipping method...click continue. On the next screen, review your order and then enter the gift code exactly as it appears in the box labeled "coupon or gift certificate code". Your discount will be processed automatically.

I paid for UPS 2nd day air (or 3 day select), but my package came ground, why?

Many people who place an order through our shopping cart choose 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select shipping when UPS ground shipping would get the order to them in the same amount of time.

When our web queue downloads our shipping info to our UPS computer, in many cases the UPS computer will override a 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select shipping request if the receiver's zip code falls into ground shipping parameters.
Unfortunately, at this time we have no control over this. If it happens to you please e-mail us and we will give you a credit to your next order in the amount of the shipping over charge.
