Upper Deck reveals first players on redemption checklist for 15-16 Artifacts

The rookie redemptions in 2015-16 Upper Deck Artifacts Hockey have already been generating plenty of buzz in the hobby. With the most promising NHL rookie class in a decade, collectors have been eager to snatch up boxes of Artifacts to find redemptions card for the teams that have the hottest prospects.

The two most obvious names on that list are McDavid and Sabres rookie, Jack Eichel. These are the two biggest names in this year’s crop of rookies. They are joined by the player that came after them in the 2015 draft, Carolina’s Noah Hanafin. Russian Artemi Panarin is generating some excitement with the defending Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks. He might have the best shot at upsetting McDavid or Eichel as the Calder Trophy winner this year as the league’s top rookie. Max Domi, Dylan Larkin and Daniel Sprong should also be popular with hockey rookie collectors.
