The National Launches Twitter

Woodstock, MD — The National Sports Collectors Convention (NSCC) announced they are expanding their Social Media efforts, launching a Twitter page @natsportsshow, today.

“We recognize Twitter to be an extremely valuable on-line communications platform”, said Mike Berkus, Founder, National Sports Collectors Convention.  “The ability to provide NSCC Twitter up-dates, post links and engage with our fans, collectors, athletes and exhibitors instantaneously, worldwide compliments our mainstream marketing efforts.”

The National Sports Collectors Convention will utilize Twitter (@natsportsshow), Facebook and their website (www.NSCCShow.com) to communicate event news.

To highlight our twitter launch, we are giving a Derek Jeter autograph bat as a grand prize. One lucky winner will be selected and presented with the bat. For the past thirty three years, the multi-billion sports & entertainment collectibles industry has looked upon The National Sports Collectors Convention, referred to as “The National”, as their crown jewel event.
