DACW Live’s Hockey Trade Deadline Day contest

This Monday (February 29) is one of the best days of the year for hockey fans, the NHL trade deadline. The final day of the season for NHL teams to make trades always leads to a flurry of deals as clubs try to improve their roster for a Stanley Cup run or unload pending free agents and acquire draft picks to build for the future.

To celebrate this year’s trade deadline DACW Live is holding three hockey group breaks with a special contest during each break. Any person that receives a hit (auto, relic or insert) of a player that gets traded during Trade Deadline Day will receive a free pack of hockey cards and have a chance to win a spot in a future hockey break. Even if the trade gets announced after the break ends the person will still receive a pack. It will not count if the player was traded before Monday, February 29. If no hits are pulled of traded players, then everyone that bought a slot for one of the breaks will be entered into a random drawing for a free slot in a future hockey break.

The three breaks for the Trade Deadline Day contest are a five-box case of 2015-16 Upper Deck Black Diamond Hockey, 2015-16 Upper Deck SP Game Used Hockey ten-box case and a special mixer break.

Be sure to hang out in the DACW Live Lounge on trade deadline day to watch the breaks live and talk some puck with your fellow hockey fans in the chat.
