Hey guys,

I have been collecting baseball cards my whole life, but I recently purchased a box of 09 Certified Football from your website because I read your reviews and it seemed like it would be a fun mix of veteran players and rookie prospects

Well I just wanted to share with you my biggest hit to date…after pulling a Tom Brady Jersey #’d /24, I thought I was done with the box, until 3 packs later when I pulled a Brett Favre Mirror Gold auto #’d /10! (scan attached)

I know its not the greatest pull in the world, but one sold for $400 last week and people have been going insane for his first Vikings auto so I thought I’d share it with you…thanks so much, you guys are the best!

Hepburn holds the record for most best actress Oscar wins with 4, and has been called the greatest female star in the history of American Cinema. Thanks for sending us images of this awesome card John!

One of our customers has had incredible luck with his two cases of 2008/09 Upper Deck Exquisite Basketball. You may remember his first Phenomenal Pull – a Michael Jordan/Larry Bird/Magic Johnson 1/1 Triple Logoman Card.

His second big hit is a pretty solid card itself – a Kobe Bryant and Lebron James Dual Signed Inscriptions Card #ed 4/10. Kobe inscribed 61 pts MSG and Lebron inscribed 52 pts at MSG. Not only does this card feature two of the greatest basketball players of all time, it also encapsulates a memorable week when Kobe and Lebron both had huge performances at one of the greatest arena’s in the world – Madison Square Garden.

Phenomenal Pulls: Los Angeles Lakers Ultimate Ten Patch

Thanks to Zhang for sending in this Los Angeles Lakers Ultimate Ten Patch he recently pulled from his purchase of 2008/09 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection Basketball

The front of the card features jersey patches from five Lakers legends – Wilt Chamberlain, Jerry West, Pat Riley, Magic Johnson, and Michael Cooper – and the back features jersey patches from five Lakers who recently won the NBA Championship – Kobe Bryant, Lamar Odom, Luke Walton, Sasha Vujacic, and Jordan Farmar.

The card is numbered 3/3 and has some awesome patch breaks, check out the fading and color difference on the Jerry West and Pat Riley patches.

Phenomenal Pulls: Stephen Strasburg Auto

Thanks to Jesse R. for submitting his “Phenomenal Pull” of a Stephen Strasburg USA Baseball Autograph out of 2008 Upper Deck Timeline Baseball. Strasburg has been all over the news lately and is one of the hottest players in the baseball card world right now.

Before he gets into a Nationals uniform and has the chance to pitch in the big leagues both sides will have to work out a deal. It will be interesting to see how this plays out - according to ESPN Strasburg’s agent Scott Boras might break records with this one.
