Pack-out has commenced for the 2007-08 version of Heroes and Prospects and it looks like this year’s edition will be the best yet.There is an impressive list of base cards including Heroes, International Prospects, CHL Prospects and AHL Prospects. This year we have added two new base card subsets. The first is the CHL Duals which included two players from a CHL franchise. One is a Hero and the other a Prospect.

The other new base card insert is a 40-card game-used memorabilia card insert set featuring jerseys from the ADT Top Prospects game. Each card will depict a player from the Top Prospect Game along with large piece of his game-used jersey.

This year the Heroes and Prospects Autograph cards feature a distinctive design of their own. The checklist of players is impressive, including Prospects; John Tavares, Angelo Esposito, Carey Price, Justin Pogge, Patrick Kane, Tuuka Rask, Sam Gagner and Peter Mueller. Heroes include; Alexander Ovechkin, David Keon, Dominik Hasek, Joe Thornton, J-S Giguere, Mike MOdano and Roberto Luongo.As is the Heroes and Prospects tradition, the game-used memorabilia pieces are gigantic, the Complete Logo checklist is outstanding and the other game-used memorabilia cards are a collectors’ dream.

My Country, My Team features players in both their country’s jersey and their team’s jersey. Gloves are Off feature game-used gloves from all of the top young prospects. The Quad Emblem inserts are unbelievable.There are three great non-memorabilia insert sets in this year’s product. In the Hobby Version you will find the nine-card 2007 Calder Cup Champions set including Carey Price. In the Arena Version you will find the nine-card 2007 Memorial Cup Champions set featuring Milan Lucic and in the Arena Blaster Version you will find the nine-card Tavares-Firsts insert set.
